Terry Kourtis has been roasting coffee for over 25 years and is considered an artisan coffee maker for today’s era. The lost art of “hand, aroma and eye” roasting of coffee beans has been meticulously, passionately and lovingly maintained by Terry.

The authenticity of artisan coffee making can be found in Vivere Coffee. Selecting only the finest beans, each roast is handled delicately, tempered and cooled by sight to ensure consistency in flavour, aroma and colour. This is not achieved under current commercial practices.

This is why Terry stands behind every blend produced. Today, as technology takes us to far away places, as we become more and more time poor, a true full flavoured coffee is a simple desire we seek, we want - we deserve.
